Industrial Mixer:
Direct drive, high speed, industrial heavy-duty mixers/agitators for dosing, process, and storage vessels, to maintain or lift solid matter in various liquids or slurries, uniformly in suspension.
The robust design enables these mixers to be used in many applications from blending powders in water, through to agitating difficult, high dry matter, low viscosity slurries, making them ideal for fast settling slurries

Running at high speed, generally 1450PM, quickly turn over the contents of a tank, and due to their compact size can be mounted in various ways:
Top Entry:
- Centrally: Certain applications could require baffles to stop vortexes,
- To one side: Generally, at an angle, off centre, and to one side to stop vortexes, to create an even distribution of movement
- Side Entry:
- Top, middle, or bottom:
- Generally angled downwards and to one side to create an even distribution of movement
The wet/impeller end of the mixer, all made from stainless steel is 1 metre long, enabling the many fitting options. The motor drive end mounted externally on the vessel, is connected to the wet end column, housing the rotating drive shaft. The impeller bearing and seal are oil flooded for lubrication and cooling, enabling them to be run 24/7 and operate in an empty tank.
