Connecting up a process or production line to be able to move liquid, semi and dry products between the machinery, pumps, augers/conveyors, and storage & mixing/blending vessels etc. is not always easy to find off-the-shelf equipment due to the uniqueness, size, duty, etc. For example, pipework, ducting, gratings, chutes, conveyors, gantries/mezzanines, staff walkways, ladders & handrail systems.
Design service:
We can advise and design (as well as from supplied drawings), fabricate, assemble, install, and commission on-site to cover your required specifications.
Architecture Designs:
In addition to production line fabrication, we offer a design and manufacturing service using the three steel sieve screens we supply: wedge wire, punch/perforated plate, and mesh. As these can also be used for functional floors, mezzanines, walkways, drainage & channel covers, and because of their attractive look, can be used for architectural designs: outdoor area seating, furniture & designs, exhibition & lobby displays, deck/ floors and building facades
