Mesh Screens
Compaction - Non-Compaction - Pressurised
Other Sieve Screens
Two Versions:
Mesh sieves screens are either woven or welded steel wire strands, the wire size, profile shape, their spacing, are determined by the application, with many material options available to combat high levels of heat, abrasion, and chemical attack, corrosion, and mechanical duty.
Huge Sieving size range:
All our mesh Screens are designed for both, open-to atmosphere processes as well as closed-circuit pressurised filtration systems, with options for stainless steel and acid-proof steel to cover most applications to combat corrosion, abrasion, chemical attack, or simply for aesthetic reasons. They are a welded construction (electrofusion) for strength, rigidity, high tolerance, minimal Sieving hindrance, large format manufacturing, and visual appearance.
Due to the intricate manufacturing processes, there is a huge range in sieving gap sizes from 5 microns right up to 200mm. Welded and some woven versions are generally used for applications that require large gap sizes for screening and size selection functions up to 200mm. Some of our separation and filtration equipment use the Woven version as they can give a very small gap size that delivers a high level of separation and filtration, down to 5 microns.
Applications:
Being versatile, mesh screens are used in many of our separation & filtration products, and for functional flooring & drainage/channel cover applications, also due to their attractive look, can be used in architectural designs for building facades and deck & mezzanine floors.
